  2. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract occurs once your order has been dispatched or confirmed for preparation.

  3. Customer service support timings may vary depending on business hours.

  4. Payment transactions may initially appear as a pre-authorization before final processing.

  5. By registering with us, you consent to receiving promotional messages, festive offers, and marketing updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Orders may only be cancelled within a limited timeframe after placing the order.

  2. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

  3. Changes to an order must be requested immediately after placing the order. We may not be able to modify orders once processing has begun.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  1. We accept payments in INR unless otherwise specified.

  3. Foreign currency transactions will be processed at the applicable exchange rate.

  8. Refunds for failed transactions are generally processed within 7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

PRICING POLICY

  3. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order after notifying you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & INFORMATION

  3. Substitute products, if approved by you, will be of equal or greater value.

IMPORTANT:

During festivals, weekends, and peak business periods, certain products may become unavailable due to high demand.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & TITLE

  1. Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns may not be accepted once products have been delivered.

  2. Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be provided only in genuine cases and at the sole discretion of Shan Sweets & Restaurant.

  3. Once an order is dispatched or prepared, cancellation and refund requests may not be accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shan Sweets & Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
